Tao Connelly
Tao Connelly is an actor based in the Northeast, with the ability to work locally in Los Angeles and throughout the Southeast. Her work includes the Tribeca Film Festival award-winning film Cotton Fever, Law & Order: Organized Crime, as well as commercial and other on-camera projects.
One of the highlights of her career was being cast in a commercial alongside her daughter. She considers it a wonderful bonding experience and a career highlight. Her daughter, however, might describe the experience differently—and is more likely to cite the paycheck.
When she’s not acting, she loves fostering kittens/cats and archery and used to teach Girl Scouts how to shoot, so she’s comfortable both in front of the camera and with a weapon that requires considerably more patience than a prop gun.
She brings a grounded, genuine quality to her work, along with a healthy sense of humor and the life experience to know that sometimes the best way to play a scene is to stop trying so hard and just tell the truth.
And yes, she still knows how to shoot an arrow.
